Completed the upgrade of Series I 2004 Manhattan Associates WMS (PKMS) to 2007 Manhattan Associates WMS on time and within budget. Provided functional support, testing, development of system configuration and training for the upgrade. Managed the Inbound portion and part of the outbound portion of the project.
Performed as project manager for a contract to modify PKMS to handle a redesign of the interfaces with JDA and to change how kits were allocated in PKMS which involved directing the Idhasoft technical resources, training the client in the changes, and tracking the budget and prioritizing the tasks. Wrote a training document for the PKMS Menu system.
Assisted an Idhasoft 3PL client to test modifications made by Manhattan Associates in PKMS
Identified and resolved problems associated with inventory and an Idhasoft 3PL client’s DC. This involved working with the warehouse personnel to determine how they were using the system and what they needed to change operationally to keep inventory on the mark. Wrote the document detailing our recommendations.
